Earth Bound takes a holistic approach to enterprise development by integrating community trainings on business skills, design, marketing, and natural resource management where appropriate.   Addressing these topics through periodic workshops within the community, we collaborate with local leaders who translate the workshops into the local language. 

Our workshops are attended by all the women, children, and sometimes even the men.  In many of the communities, the trainings provided by Earth Bound were some of the first workshops where women were welcome, given that these spaces are traditionally dominated by men.
