A companion project to the Images of the Maya exhibit, Voices of the Maya seeks to create an oral history and virtual exhibit produced by the women of Jolom Mayaetik Topics will explore the importance of weaving in the lives of the indigenous Maya women. Voices of the Maya arose from the many experiences and interactions that visiting Maya women had while traveling in the U.S. with the exhibit.
